A CLEARER WAY TO NAVIGATE MIDLIFE
Midlife is often described in fragments: Health. Work. Identity. Relationships. Change.
Yet, in lived experience, these are not separate. They are interconnected, shaping how you think, feel, function, and make decisions about what comes next.
MY SECOND50™ brings these elements together into a single, structured approach – one that helps you understand where you are, stabilise what matters, and move forward with greater clarity.
This is not about reinvention for its own sake.
It is about understanding your current position and responding to it with intention.
WHY THIS PROGRAMME EXISTS
For many people, midlife does not arrive as a crisis; it arrives as a gradual awareness. A sense that something is shifting. A recognition that what worked before may no longer feel sustainable. A need to reassess energy, priorities, direction, or meaning.
At the same time, there is often very little structure available to make sense of this phase in a practical, grounded way.
Most guidance is often:
-
Fragmented across different areas of life.
-
Focused only on symptoms or surface change.
-
Disconnected from real-world demands such as work, family, and responsibility.
MY SECOND50™ was developed to address this gap – offering a way to bring insight, structure, and practical application into one coherent process.
WHAT GUIDES THIS APPROACH
CLARITY CREATES DIRECTION | STRUCTURE ENABLES CHANGE. The approach is grounded in this simple principle. Rather than offering isolated tools or one-off interventions, the platform is built on an integrated system that connects:
-
Insight into your current state.
-
Stability in how you respond.
-
Structure in what you rebuild.
-
Direction in how you move forward.
-
Alignment in how you sustain change.
This ensures that understanding does not remain theoretical, but becomes something you can apply in your daily life.
THE RESET SYSTEM
At the core of My Second50 is a structured framework that brings together two essential elements:

THE JOURNEY | Helping you understand where you are and what matters next, and
THE METHOD | Guiding how you respond, adapt, and move forward.
Together, they create a clear and practical pathway through midlife change. This system is supported by a set of diagnostic and direction tools, including:
-
A guided self-assessment Index.
-
A visual Wheel highlighting balance across your key life areas.
-
A clearly defined Pyramid interpreting your level of stability and resilience.
-
A personal Pathway that connects insight to action.
These tools are not ends in themselves; they are designed to help you make informed, grounded decisions about what to focus on – and how to move forward.
HOW THIS TRANSLATES INTO PRACTICE
The system is applied through structured programmes, guided sessions, and practical resources. These include:
-
THE MIDLIFE RESET™ | A structured entry point into the process.
-
THE MENOPAUSE RESET™ | A focused programme addressing a key life-stage transition.
-
Insight sessions, workshops, and guided conversations.
-
Tools and resources that support ongoing reflection and application.
Each offering is designed to be practical, structured, and relevant to real life – not removed from it.
FOR INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANISATIONS
Midlife is not only a personal experience. It is also a workplace and societal reality.
The approach therefore extends beyond individuals to support organisations in understanding and responding to midlife and menopause within their workforce.
This includes:
-
Awareness and education.
-
Structured programmes for employees.
-
Leadership and manager enablement.
-
Research, insight, and advisory support.
The intention is to create environments where people can continue to contribute effectively, while being supported through natural life-stage transitions.
THE INTENTION
This work is not about fixing; it is about understanding, stabilising, and strengthening.
It offers a way to:
-
See clearly where you are.
-
Make sense of what is changing.
-
Focus on what matters most.
-
Move forward with structure and direction.
Midlife does not require urgency; it requires clarity.
A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDERS
MY SECOND50™ has been shaped through both lived experience and professional practice, bringing together insight from coaching, facilitation, wellbeing, and organisational contexts.
It reflects a grounded understanding of how midlife (and menopause) unfolds across different environments, and the need for a more structured and practical way to navigate it.
Together, we have created MY SECOND50™ as a structured, practical, and human approach to navigate midlife (and menopause) – designed to be understood, applied, and sustained.
